Update on Cup Game vs Carmarthen

First of all the coaches and I would like to say a massive "Thank You" to everyone that turned up for training tonight. We are "firing on all cylinders" now and are confident about the game on Friday night.

We'd like to say a special "Thank you" to the boys that trained even though they have missed out on selection for this game. As we said to them this evening there will be plenty of opportunities this season as we are packing a load of games in between now and the end of the season.

Here's a bit of an update for you...

We have been told that Carmarthen SRU will not be providing food after the game and also that we will not be able to use the changing rooms afterwards. So, we have arranged to leave shortly after the game and will head back to our home club Penclawdd for a well-deserved sausage and chips.

The coach will pick us up and drop us off at Penclawdd RFC. The coach will pick us up at 4.30pm and drop us back at Penclawdd RFC shortly after the game. As we are unable to shower after the game can you please give the boys an old towel to sit on for the return journey?

The cost of the coach will be covered by the WSRU as this is an official Cup fixture.
